I met Caroline a few years ago in Paarl, while we were still unmarried and young working ladies. She moved to the UK a time after that and we were only friends on FB ever since, not really being in contact. Time surely passed as both of us are married now, have a son and loving it. A few weeks ago I got a surprise message from her saying she would love for me to do a photoshoot for her hubby, their beautiful little boy, herself and her lovely parents. Her parents live in Hilton, so everything worked out perfectly on this cloudy day in the midlands. Caroline, thank you so much for allowing me to do your shoot, I really enjoyed spending time with your awesome hubby, son and parents. Hope you guys enjoy these!

Shooting our very first wedding in the beautiful KZN Midlands has surely been a very pleasant and awesome experience. I had the priviledge of meeting Jacques only a few days prior to their big day and Eden only on their wedding day, but must admit that it was so special to be part of this occasion. The two have a very romantic story of how they met, got together, engaged and eventually married. We would just like to thank you guys for allowing us to be part of your day and we wish you all the best for your future together. Many thanks to my assistant and husband, Petrus van Eeden for all your help as always. Hope you guys enjoy these!
Since we've arrived in the beautiful province of KZN, these warm hearted people have only been blessing us. Matthys and Elsje moved to Pietermaritzburg a few months before we moved to Howick and we have been part of a Church family for a few years before, so we were filled with joy knowing that these awesome people would be welcoming us in KZN. We decided to do a fun session with them to celebrate life and the beauty of the Midlands. Thank you for being such awesome and fun friends. Hope you guys enjoy these. Much love the van Eedens.
I've had the privilege of knowing Marisa for quite some time now and was really excited to hear the news that Dieter has asked the big question. These two are amazing people with amazing hearts and we know God has big plans for them. Fortunately Dieter's parents live in the beautiful KZN Midlands and we were very excited to do our first shoot here. These two are totally in love and I'm sure some serious brainpower will spring out of this marriage as both of them are really intelligent people working in the Economics Department, University of Stellenbosch. Guys, many thanks for giving me the opportunity to do a fun and fresh photo session with you. Can't wait for the big party on the 20th of December. Hope you enjoy these.
In 2008 I had the priviledge of meeting Friedrich and Annemarie. In 2009 Annemarie and myself were housemates in Paarl and it was also the year the two of them got engaged and married. Back then they asked me to do a mini photo session for their wedding invites and well now they are expecting their first baby. We are all very excited to meet the new edition of the family. The Meisenholl's are awesome people who love Jesus. It was great fun to do a shoot for you guys once again. You guys are going to be awesome parents! All the best and hopefully we see you again in the KZN Midlands. Thanks to Petrus for helping with the editing.
Doing a family shoot for the Viljoens was really special, since they are also part of our own family. Wynand Viljoen is the brother of Michelle and we were having a great time in Stilbaai with our parents during easter weekend, so decided to do a mini photo session the Saturday afternoon. The Viljoens are really a special family and people who follow Jesus whole heartedly with passion. Zoe is now 2 years and almost 6 months and Emma, the youngest almost reaching 7 months. Wynand recently started his own law firm in Stellenbosch - Smit & Viljoen Attorneys, while Elzbe is a stay at home mom and a renown blogger, I'm sure you will hear more of her in the future. We are also really blessed with awesome parents and grand parents, so decided to make them part of our fun shoot so you can meet the family. This was our first official shoot with the new kit, so let us know what you think. Enjoy the pics! Thanks to Petrus van Eeden once again for helping with the shoot and editing work.
Schalk and Amelia Van Wyk are expecting their third child..and this time it's a boy. Annemarie Meisenholl, a very special friend and Amelia's sister in law asked me if I will be able to capture some moments at her babyshower. I was very excited to hear that Amelia's friend, Sylvia from Special Events will be organizing this stunning shower at Birdcage in Stellenbosch. The creativity was flowing, girls enjoying the moment and we can't wait for this little man to make his arrival. Schalk and Amelia, all the best in this time. May God bless your family in abundance. It was such a privilege to be part of this special day. Many thanks once again to my awesome husband Petrus van Eeden for helping me as always with editing these moments.
Bernard and Danielle are such fun people. Last week we had the privelege of doing an engagement session with these two love birds. They are getting married in November and we are very excited with them. They really have a passion for life, adventure and Jesus. It was so much fun taking photos of you guys and getting to know you better. Thank you so much for being such awesome models. May His joy be your strength always. Many thanks to Petrus van Eeden for taking some of the shots and editing these pics.
We had the priviledge of doing another maternity shoot with the lovely and joyfull Nico Smit and his wife Charine Brink Smit. It was so much fun walking around the beautiful JS Marais Park in Stellenbosch capturing some fun moments with these three as we await the arrival of their boy due in August. Both Nico and Charine are entrepreneurs with a passion for life and Jesus. Nico designs webpages and Charine makes the most beautiful cakes. Her business is called 'die huisvrou' if you would like to go and check it out. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to capture you guys. We are anticipating the arrival of the little Smit with you guys. All the best. Many thanks once again to my assistant and editor Petrus van Eeden.
Moving to Stellenbosch has certainly given us the opportunity to meet new and awesome people. Japie Wiese and his beautiful pregnant wife, Jami-Lee Wiese are some of the people we have had the privilege of getting to know better. They asked me to do a maternity shoot for them and it was really fun and easy to capture them. They are expecting Michaela any time in June and all of us are very excited to meet the new edition to the Wiese family. Japie and Jami, you guys rock and thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to capture you on this beautiful autumn day. Many thanks again to my assistant Petrus van Eeden for his help and helping with the editing as well. Enjoy!
